A pleasant enough day for mid December - good for walking, less so for flying.

Four of us ... Pete Maxwell, son James, Andy and I walked to the top - or until just touching into the orographic.  Quite warm work. The wind was always on the light side, a pity as it was square onto the hill at the east end. Essentially we ended up with slightly extended fly-downs. Had it been soarable it would have made for some very atmospheric flying along the ridge.

At least we had some exercise and aired the gliders. Andy got to try his new Lightness 4.
